    Hi,

I'm creating a form so that presenters can upload their presentations for an upcoming conference. A few questions:

    - I saw that the files are saved at http://www.jotform.us/uploads/jborhegyi, but it seems that I can use setup a DropBox account and have them saved there. What is the difference?

    - Is there a way that people submitting information and a file and review their information before submitting it? Can they preview the file?

    - Is there also a way that the person submitting the form gets an e-mail with the information that they submitted?

    Thank you,

    Jennifer

    Hi Jennifer,

    - I saw that the files are saved at http://www.jotform.us/uploads/jborhegyi, but it seems that I can use setup a DropBox account and have them saved there. What is the difference?

The difference is that, uploaded files from your form will also be copied to your Dropbox account. You can then use your Dropbox for sharing files. Of course you have to sign up with Dropbox first. You can find more info here: http://www.jotform.us/dropbox/

You may also find this helpful specially if you'd like to customize your dropbox folder name. Upload to Dropbox with JotForm.

    - Is there a way that people submitting information and a file and review their information before submitting it? Can they preview the file?

No, we do not have this feature yet. However, my colleague had come up a good trick. Check this guide: Confirmation Page Tricks

    - Is there also a way that the person submitting the form gets an e-mail with the information that they submitted?

Yes, you can use Autoresponder. Creating a Form Autoresponder
