Here is the user name thiscup...all the forms on there i have gone in & filled out forms & i have not recieved any of the emails in my mailbox..i also checked the spam folder & nothing...i know my email works becuase i have been able to send & recieve to email@example.comPage URL:

Your email has been remove from the bounce list. There seems to be no reason provided but I suspect your email service provider might be down by the time it receives messages from us that's why bounced back to us.
I have just sent a test notification to your email, please check your email if everything is now working properly. Thanks!
