My account has been downgraded

    So I got an email stating my package has been downgraded? But then I see I am still on the Silver. Please advise I want to stay on the silver and it seems to be that I am. 

    I just want to make sure that I am still with Silver.

    I checked your account billing page and you're still subscribed to the Silver plan. You can check your account invoices by following the guide below:
