Integration with Zoho CRM Quotes Module Request

Asked by cheekyface on March 06, 2013 at 08:00 PM

Is there any way that a form's fields can be populated with data from zoho?

For instance, Zoho CRM has a quotes module that I use to create then email a quote to my customers.
If I could create a jotform that allows them to enter the quote number they have received into a booking form, it wold be ideal to have that form immediately import the data from the Zoho quotes module that is relevant to the quote number.

If this is not possible now, then is it something that might be possible if it were popular enough?

    Cheers,

    Danny.

Can this integration import data from zoho into a form?  I'm aware of the integration and the ability to map the fields but how do I get a form to import from Zoho's quote module based on a quote number reference?

...For example when my customer receives the quote there is a link to the booking form.

When they click that link they are taken to the booking form (a jotform of course).  The idea is to save them completing all the details again if they have already done so in the quote process (not everyone provides ALL the data in the initial stages).

To poluate the fields in the jotform, they would enter the quote number which would then populate the form with that data (for that quote number in Zoho CRM).

    Hi Danny,

Thanks and sorry for misunderstanding your question.

Unfortunately that's not possible wit the current integration Setup. We do not have features for retrieving data and prepopulate it to the form fields once an ID or key is entered to the form. However, we will take note of this for now.

    Thanks!

No Worries.  I've posted in the zoho forums for help with this too.  As zoho have an API creation option I'm hoping this is something that can be set up from Zoho's end.  Ultimately it would be awesome if you guys teamed up with Zoho and come up with something that works both ways.

    Cheers,
    Danny.
