How to change the email address on a submit button

I need to change the email address designated where my application will be sent. How do I do this?

Ideally, the purpose of the form is to collect information from job applicants, which is typically used by a company.

But in your case, what you want to achieve is to send the information to a specified organization once you hit submit, am I correct?

That can be achieved by adding another email field into the form, which is the email address where the information will be sent to. And then you have to set the Autoresponder Email to send the email to that address.

I would also suggest to edit the content of the Autoresponder email, so it would look like a resume if the purpose is to apply for a job.
