Free accounts have 100 MB upload space limit. In order to free up space, you need to delete submissions with file attachments. I can see your currently occupied space is 96.69 MB.
Submission storage is limited to 500 submissions for free accounts. These are the most recent 500 submissions you have received. Older submissions are being deleted after receiving more than 500 submissions. You can also delete your submissions to manually free up this space.
You can check this user guide to have more detailed information about account limits. I hope this helps.

Please note that when you delete a form, it is just moved to trash folder. You need to purge the forms in order to delete it completely. Please check the screenshot below on how to purge form:
Alternatively you can restore form and delete the submissions which has file attachment. Deleting a submission record will also delete the attached file as well and free up your upload space.
Hope this helps.

The problem solved after I downloaded Jotform Mobile App. From the App, I could access to my Trash folders and was able to purge them. Just that mobile version of the website doesn't allow access to the trash foders and archive folders.
Thank you very much. Your support team is amazing! Five stars.

You should be able to access them in a web application:
