Access to forms

Добрый день! После обновления ресурса я давно потерял формы, которые создал. Как я могу восстановить формы?

I am not able to find any form with the URL that you shared. If you delete the form, it will go to the Trash folder. But, I don't see that form in the Trash folder either. 

Have you purged the form? Please note that once you purge the form from the Trash by clicking on the Purge button then the form will be deleted permanently and it not possible to restore.
