Why does my form say powered by jotforms?

    I have a bronze program and my form still say powered by jotform.


    Also I can not integrate Google Sheets.  I press the button but it does not stop spinning

    In the Account Settings page, you can disable the JotForm Branding. Here's a guide:

    1. Access your JotForm account.
    2. Open this link: https://www.jotform.com/myaccount/settings
    3. Scroll down below and disable the JotForm Branding.
