Unable to authenticate Gmail account on Import Google Forms app from EU.

    Hi, I'm triyng to evaluate app "Import Google Forms"

    but at authorization step, I get this message 

    "google has disabled temporarily this application" so is not granted aut. no use it.

    Can I have please some workaround?

    I have been testing this on my end and I can replicate the same issue, I will be reporting this to our second level so our developers can have a look on this, we will keep you updated via this thread.

    We have not received any updates regarding this issue so far, I've just performed a test and was able to still replicate the issue, I'm asking for updates to our second level, we will keep you updated via this thread.

    We made updates on this app and now it is verified by Google, please test again and let us know if issue still persists.

    Hi, What do you mean by verifies by Google ? Does it means you can solve the issue or not?

    Hello Oriol - Apologies for the inconvenience.

    The app is previously not verified by Google which is why it's not able to authenticate before, but now it is.

    I have tried it myself and can see that the Authentication was successful.

    I would suggest logging out and back into your Google account and then try Migrating your Google Forms once again.

    Let us know how it goes.

    Hi Sonnyfer, glad to know about your last email, I have tried that and I got a step further but something is blocked till your success step,

    last window apears as showed bellow but nothing else further

    I was using Chrome, perahps there is some diference about Spain region and yours?

    Another try is the posibility to share with you the google forms, and kindly you can send my back the converted to Jotform. 

    That will definitely give more ideas about adquire this product,

    Thanks for the update. 

    I have tested the app on my end and it seems to work too, I will ask a colleague in EU to test this further and see if that has anything to do. 

    Also, it's possible to clone forms with the URL, please check this guide for more details: https://www.jotform.com/help/42-How-to-Clone-an-Existing-Form-from-a-URL

    Apologies for the delay. 

    I have been testing with a colleague in EU, and we were able to replicate the issue you mentioned, this seems to happen with EU accounts. I will be passing this information to our back-end team, so we can have this checked further.

    Hi, finally I've tried with another google account, so previous are full of forms and perhaps this spent a long time for loading.

    I was able to migrate one, questions are fine but unfortunatelly images didn't . That is a problem for me so I have plenty of them inside the form and acurate designed within.
