Hello, I want to include a long-form text box that allows users to format their text (i.e. add bullets, underline etc.) when they respond but couldn't see a way to do that. Is this possible?

    Hello HPTN,

Yes, you can add a text box using the Long Text Entry field on your form, wherein your users could type long texts or messages, here are the steps:

     1. Click the Add Form Element button 1563298205long text Screenshot 10

    2. On the Form Elements panel, under the Basic tab, you will find the Long Text Entry field that you can click and add it on your form.

You can rename the Longe Text Entry field's title, like Coments, Suggestions, etc.

In addition, you may use the Rich Text editor mode in your Long Text entry to allow text formatting.

Kindly go to your Long entry properties>Options>Editor Mode >Rich Text
