Changing Multiple Entries

    When looking at entries, is there a way to change an answer category across multiple entries all at ones without exporting into an Excel?

    For example, on my form viewers can choose to be added to my contact list or to not be added to my contact list. I send out an email every 6 months stating, "If you would like to remain on the contact list please reply YES to this message."

    I don't want to delete my entries but rather mark them as, "Remove from Contact List." Is there a way to change multiple entries at once?

    Yes, it is possible to update multiple entries at once. You can use the condition called Update/Calculate Field. This condition allows you to update a field/fields and overwrite the existing content.

    Please check this demo form: https://form.jotform.com/91965718631972. In this demo form, you'll see that the Name, Email, and School fields will be updated automatically based on the selected name. Here's a screen capture:
