    Hello,

I've embedded a PayPal form into my Squarespace website but no longer submits becuase the button in my squarespace form does not work.

I have an account. Apparently the plans just changed and the plan I have no longer is working with the website(SquareSpace) to transition to PayPal.

Now, when a person clicks donate after completing form with the required information needed per state law, it goes nowhere. The button doesn’t work any longer.

My webperson stated that it looks like the plan I’ve been put into now due to the updated plans no longer is allowing code blocks. It was working previously.

Are you able to provide a free upgrade so that I can do this? If not, can you we discuss how we can make this change ASAP as I am losing money as we speak and have been for the last few weeks.

    Thank you!

    Best,

We would like to apologize for any inconvenience. I have checked the account the form on the website you linked is under and it has currently an active Bronze Monthly subscription.

As for the issue you are experiencing, may I suggest that you try submitting the form from its direct link and not from the website where it is embedded, please?

    Where-to-Find-My-Form-URL

If you are able to submit the form from its direct link, I would suggest that you re-embed the form to your website with a fresh copy of its embed codes.

Or, you can try the following embed codes and see which of it best suit your needs.

If, in any case, after re-embedding your form the same issue persists, please feel free to let us know so we can further help you.
