    Hi Team,

Can you please advise what I've done wrong with the Re-captcha widget.  Even when I have not ticked the checkbox it allows you to go to the the next page.  I don't want to move to the next page until the captcha checkbox has been ticked.  Thanks

    Page URL below.

    Thanks,

It seems when you enable reCaptcha, the required validation does not trigger and users are able to move to next page. reCaptcha field is displayed again if you do not fill and submit form.

I am escalating this issue to our backend team. We will get back to you as soon as we have any update on this. For now, I would suggest you to disable reCaptcha option in captcha field and the required validation will work as expected. Please check the screenshot below:

    Hi Birant,
Thank you so much for your response.  Great turn around on this widget update.  I applied the updated widget to the form and it does work as expected.  I noticed though, after I had gone through a few forms, it also started then asking me to "pick the picture".  Is this the intended design of this widget.  We were hoping it would just always be a checkbox to alleviate frustration from users having to do these security checks.  Please advise.  Thanks very much.

    Hi Karli,

'Pick the Picture' prompt comes up if the Google suspects that the checkbox is clicked by a robot. They do not reveal all the details of this process. However, for your situation, my guess is solving many reCaptchas in short period of time made them think that you are a robot. Therefore, they ask you to solve a captcha by picking the correct pictures.

Your form users will be evaluated individually. They may be asked to 'Pick the Picture' depending on their evaluation.

We are glad you liked the update. Lets keep in touch if you have any questions or feedbacks.

    Best,
