PDF does not match online form

    Hi, I created a form and it look OK online --- but not OK as a PDF. 

    More specifically the boxes that read: "I WOULD LIKE TO JOIN THE WHATSAPP GROUPS etc" does not appear where it should on the page.

    If I understood correctly your issue is related to your Fillable PDF Form. 

    Please note that when a new field is added inside of the Form Builder it will be placed at the bottom of PDF Form in PDF Editor. The same will happen when a new field is added inside of the PDF Editor. It will be placed at the bottom of the online form. 

    To resolve the issue, you need to rearrange the form fields inside of the PDF Editor.
