    I don't have all day to get my forms up and running and the fact that I cannot call, chat or text is absolutely RIDICULOUS!  Jot forms is costing me my business because I cannot get my forms in.  When will this issue be resolved!?

    I JUST WROTE YOU AND TOLD YOU WHAT THE GOSH DAMN PROBLEM WAS! DON’T YOU PEOPLE READ? Mother F****R! I cannot believe this. I need tech support NOW on my forms and you don’t even know what is going on? What is with you? This is the WORST company I’ve ever encountered. Does this rattle your memory Mr SIDHARTHA!? (BELOW)

    I checked your account and i was able to browse both the forms you have including the submission data.
    Can you please share your website URL so that we can investigate further on why users are unable to access your forms?
    We have chat support available Monday to Friday , between 9 AM and 6 pm (USA-EST) ,and it is upon staff availability.

    So what is the scoop? What have you found out? It is now 12:00 pst and I am no closer to an answer than I was yesterday? Why do you people treat me so badly as a paying customer?

    You have been speaking with Ed and  he has informed to me that the issue is resolved.

    Let me tell you that we do our best to help all of our customers to the best of our abilities and as soon as possible

    However, if you keep that tone while approaching to  us in the future , we will have to terminate your subscription so you can look for another service .

    We always try to help our customers with all the respect they deserve, but we also expect the same from them
