Hey,
We've started a summer camp several months ago and it's getting some attention lately. People are signing up day by day and we reached to 400 kids for this summer. I'd like to send a form to the parents asking for detailed information as well as what kind of activities they would like their children to participate etc. Basically, we need some data to organize the events. I'm using google forms but I need to figure out how I can see the form data in detail.
Thanks

Hey,
You can see and download results by clicking on "Download Responses" but there is no chance to download summary of form submissions. JotForm, on the other hand, comes with many advanced features in terms of form reports as well as data collection. If you'd like to create form reports and visualize form submission data, all you need to do is to click on the form that you'd like create reports for and select "Reports" tab. There you can find various report types, such as Excel and CSV reports. Depending on your form fields, you can create pie and line charts as well. These reports will enable you to analyze data visually and help you to make meaningful deductions. You can save, print, and share these reports as well.
In addition to that, you can use our e-signature widget when you're collecting registration forms from parents. These widgets are in-built features that provides smooth data collection process to form owners and users. There are many e-signature widgets waiting to be used, such as DocuSign and Smooth Signature. When you add these widgets to your forms, you'll be able to collect authentic and detailed signatures at the end of the day. And your forms will be legally binding as well.
Compared to Google Forms, we provide sophisticated and more in-detail reports, all of which can be downloaded and are ready to be analyzed. In addition to that, you'll be able to collect signatures for consent and registration forms. Given these features, you can see why JotForm is the best Google Forms alternative.
