I imported a form from my website, and all is well except for CRM integration. Google Spreadsheet works fine, emails work fine, but when I try to integrate with a CRM and map their phone number field to my forms phone number field, it simply says, "Add Phone Field".
Can you please help?

Please try removing the CRM Integration and then adding it again to see if this helps. I can see that you have a Phone Number Field so it should've worked but did you have one created in the CRM that you are trying to use? Also which CRM Integration were you trying to use as I didn't see one integrated on your form to investigate this problem with? (Highrise, Zoho, Solve360)?
