Conditional Logic not working randomly on Spreadsheet to Form widget

    Hi,

    The conditional logic to display the error message by product 9: "Serial No. scanned doesn't match Serial No. ordered for service" is not working, even though it's the identical logic used by products 1 through 8. Any idea why?

    As I have checked, the issue is the same with fields no.3 to no.8. Numbers 1 and 2 are working fine.

    Let me have some time to inspect these conditions. I will get back to you on this thread shortly.

    Hi,

    Apologies for the delay.

    I have made several tests by cloning your form, run through with the conditions, tried disabling a few conditions to isolate the issue but to no avail. It seems that there is a temporary glitch with the widget as it isn't working on other pages of your form.

    I have also tried creating a new form with just a widget and a text field on it, tried associating them on a condition, and I received the same error.

    Now, let me escalate this concern to our developers so they could look further into it. We'll be keeping you informed on this thread as soon as it gets fixed.

    Hi,

    any updates on this? I updated all the conditions on the form but this is still any issue - only serial #1 & #2 are working....?

    This concern is still being looked at by our developers. I have tried creating a new form again with the widget on it and was able to confirm that the issue is indeed still ongoing.

    I have just tested your form and could not replicate the issue unfortunately.
