Why my account is suspended?

    Why is my account suspended like WTF I haven’t even used it !!! Fix ur shitty app

    Your account was suspended because several of your forms are marked as fake loan offering forms.

    If you're a real loan agency, please provide proof so we can review it. Please send a copy of the regulator certificate through to our support email at support@jotform.com from your company's email address.

    We also recommend that you use your company's email address on the profile to avoid any further confusion.

    We'll wait for your response.

    I’m not a loan agent I was trying to print one for
    A loan I’m getting from my grandma I just could not find a simple one
    I’m sorry for the inconvenience I was told it was quicker to print a template of one then it was too get somebody to do it for me ?

    We understand this might not be the case with your form, yet we had to act according to the general rule to be in compliance with our Terms: Free accounts with non-corporate emails showing suspicious forms must be suspended immediately.

    In order to reactivate your account, we will have to delete the offending form.

    Or, kindly provide us the following information:

    1. ) The URL where your form is used.

    2. ) Your website or proof of affiliation to a legitimate institution.

    We also need you to change your registered email to a corporate one to avoid getting flagged again by our phishing detector.

    Send these proofs to reviewers@jotform.com with Thread #1894882 as your subject. We will let you know about the status of your account after a thorough review of your proofs.
