Unable to attach the PDF in notification emails

    Hello, 


        I'm having trouble getting the PDF attachment to stay clicked on "Yes" for the notification emails. I move it to the Yes position click save and it doesn't stay. 

       I saw that others have had this issue and as suggested in those help threads... I have tried deleting and recreating a completely new notification email and the same problem comes up. 

         I included the link to the form that is having the problem. Let me know if there is anything else I need to try.

    I tried saving the attachment in the email and it saved successfully.

    Are you still experiencing any issues while saving the PDF attachment option? If yes, please share the screenshot of the console error.
