We're having trouble filling out form on mobile device

    Hello,

I've put a test Jot form at the bottom of this Squarespace page: https://twoelkstudios.com/get-in-touch

I went to the page on my iPhone Xs Max using Safari and I am having trouble filling out the form.  Nothing happens when I attempt to click on an entry box.  If I click a bunch of times on the First Name field, I am able to edit that one.

The other test form (from Squarespace) on the page is working fine.

I was able to replicate the issue using iPhone XS Max emulator. Could you please try to re-embed the form and use iFrame embed code instead of Squarespace embed code?

Please give it a try and let us know how it goes.

Thank you.  I tried using the iframe code instead and still have the problem.

I have been checking your form on an iPhone XS Max emulator and I can see the issue you're reporting, nothing can be selected on the form.

However, I have been testing the issue with different devices and I cannot replicate the issue, for example, tested using an iPhone SE emulator and real Android devices, but the form seems to work:

It seems like there is a conflict with the way how the form is being embedded on your site, it may be related to something not having a properly height or any other value in specific iPhone devices, but unfortunately, this seems to be a conflict on the page where the form is being embedded on.

I would recommend you to kindly try using a different method and see if that helps, for example, you may use the source code and see if this resolves the issue: https://www.jotform.com/help/104-How-to-get-the-Full-Source-Code-of-your-Form

Also, you may use the standalone link of your form and confirm this works on mobile devices.

I tried using the source code and it works but my Zapier integration isn't working with that version of the form...
