I have a set maximum in checklist of 5. These are inclusive of my base product. How can I allow the customer to select beyond 5 but with a per selection charge?

Do you want to charge your customer if the user selects more than 5? Let me make a demo Form for you. I'll get back to you.
Thanks.

Here is a workaround for you:
1. I have added a Form Calculation widget in the Form which counts the selection made in your MCQs.
2. Next, added a textbox to store an additional charge that you are going to configure based on the selection of the choices.
3. Add a condition to display the additional charge. For example, if product choice is greater than 5 then $10 would be added. If product choice is greater than 8 then $20 would be added.
Here is the Demo Form:

Thanks.

I've followed your instructions, what am I missing?
I understand the conditional logic part but I can't get the sum of selections to appear in 'calculation'.
