I need to swap recipient email addresses for notification of an incoming jotform request

It doesn't seem to matter if I delete a name. Jotform doesn't allow me to add a new one. To do a one-to-one swap.

I am not sure if I have understood your question correctly. Do you mean to say that you want to add more than one recipient email address in email alert?

Please note that in free account you can send email to only one email address. If you want to change the recipient email, you will have to first delete the existing email alert and then add the desired email address.
