Hi,
I created a survey with the ability to upload an attachment. When the auto-response/notification email comes through, there's a link to the attachment. However, when the link is clicked, it opens up a browser tab and an error is thrown (see screenshot attached).

I have checked your form www.jotform.us/form/91961101340143 but I can't seem to find any submission data.
It could be that the submission was deleted/removed that is why you're receiving a 404 error on the file upload link.
Kindly check your form submission again and let us know if you need further assistance.

Hi Richie,
No, unfortunately this was happening even before I deleted all my test submissions. I just submitted a new test submission for the survey titled "Reporting a Broken Link on Inside Adobe". Please review the attachment in this submission. The link still does not work.

I have checked your form submission and the file upload links works correctly.
The issue could be with your form privacy not allowing uploaded files to be viewed when you're not logged as the account owner.
Kindly try going to your account settings>privacy and uncheck "require log-in to view uploaded files".
Please give it a try and let us know if the issue still remains.
