Is the free account for 100 MB total, and once you hit that you can no longer use your forms? Or 100 MB at once, and as long as you delete previous submissions you can keep using your account?

    Hi mirenchelle,

Yes, you are right. As you can see in our pricing page, free account have only 100MB total space and once you reach that limit, your form would automatically disabled. In order to avoid that, make sure to delete those submissions that have a big file attached. Again, thank you for contacting us with regard to this matter.

Feel free to contact us again if you need further assistance.

    Thank you!

I received an email saying that my 100 MB quota has been reached and my forms will be disabled Monday. If I delete all my submissions can I keep my forms?

Yes you can delete the files to free up some space in your available storage. To do this, go to your submission list

and click the X Delete Icon in the submission window.

Please contact us again if you need more help.

    Thank you
