I see that you have added the Preview before Submit widget to the form. Please note that when this widget is added, the Submit button shall be displayed on the form upon previewing the answers. You may click on Preview Answers button to check the data entered on the form and then proceed to submit the form.

    Thank you!

When you have the Preview before submit widget, it automatically converts every Submit button into Preview answers button. So, you are not able directly to submit the form. You will need first to click on the Preview answers button and then submit.

You can submit your form even from the second page where you placed a submit button. But you will have to first click on Preview answers and after that submit the form.

If you want to submit directly, you will need to remove the Preview before submit widget.

Hi there, unfortunately, the only way to make the submit button active on the 2nd page is to eliminate or simply remove the Preview Before Submit widget. This widget replaces the submit button, and as stated by Kiran the submit button will appear along with the preview page.

However, there's an option for you, if you want to preview a summary of information at the same time the submit button to appear in the form, you could make use of the Text Field. Its function is to give a quick summary of the respondent's selection.

I've cloned your form and insert the Text Field function, there's a disadvantage using this widget, it could only fill in fields and not checkboxes, like the one you have on your form.

Here's the example I made using your cloned form.

    So, you have two options:

     1. Use the Preview Before Submit widget alone but the submit button will only appear at the bottom of the preview page.

     2. Use the Text Field widget without the Preview Before Submit function to make the Submit button appear on your form.

If ever you want to try the cloned form here's the link.

Hope that I was able to help.
