Please help. I have some fields not showing up in the preview.
Request Type, Availability, Start Date, End Date, Alternate Start Date and Alternate End Date are not showing up in Preview... Please help. The only condition I have is based off of the Request Type. If one option is selected it shows Availability calendar and hides these: Start Date, End Date, Alternate Start Date and Alternate End Date. And, if the other option is selected it shows the Start Date, End Date, Alternate Start Date and Alternate End Date and hides the Availability calendar.

I cloned your form and I was not able to replicate the issue. Here's a screencast of my cloned form:
However, when I opened your account and test the form, I was able to replicate the issue.
I cleared your form cache on our server but the issue still persists. I will check this further and forward it to our developers if needed.

This issue has still not been resolved. I even published the form to see if the "Number of Workwith Days" would show up.

Hi Molly,
Could you give us permission to edit your form (https://www.jotform.com/80984808850166) where you encounter the issue?
Here's what I want to do:
1. Toggle the Hide feature of the fields.
2. Duplicate the fields and hide the old broken fields.
3. Delete the fields and re-add it.
Let us know if that is okay with you.
