    THANK YOU PAGE AFTER PAYMENT

    I have set our forms to go to a specific url after complettion of payment. Ive just tested and after the transaction the new page will not show up. This is the form: https://secure.jotformpro.com/5Day/PETERBOROUGH_TheoryT and this is the thank you url http://peterborough.5day.co.uk/thank-you/

     

    Before I changed the thank you url I was suing your own thank you response and this worked fine.

     

    Is it because the thank you page is not on a secure server?

    Hi Richard,

    Can you please confirm if you've setup the following instruction on your WorldPay account?

    I would also suggest to check your WorldPay account page if there are similar settings for custom thank you page.

    Ive checked the world pay account and am using this http://www.jotform.com/ipns/worldpay.php in the Payment Response URL and have noticed a box for Shopper Redirect URL and am wondering if I should put in that box something? Woudl I put possibly use the thank you redirect url I have made or is there something from jotform I shoudl use?

    Ive put the thank you url in the SHOPPER REDIRECT URL and that did not work either

    I ve just called world pay and apparently its a common fault. What the problem is, is that the redirect page I have given you has google analytics on it, and that has java script. When world pay goes to http://www.jotform.com/ipns/worldpay.php and then finds the java script, it scrapes the page finds the java script and then wont display because of a security issue with collecting card details. The way round it is to put a line of metta refresh in http://www.jotform.com/ipns/worldpay.php with a 2 sec delay to go to the thank you page. I am thinking this might not be possible for you to do? Let me know

    Well here's the Meta Refresh code -

    <meta http-equiv="refresh" content="2; url=http://www.jotform.com/ipns/worldpay.php">

    You will have to embed it into the source code of your website inside the " <head> </head> " (heading) tags. 

    Please let us know if this helps otherwise we can try to figure out something more.

    I am having the same problem with worldpay. I cannot get my Thank You page/email to appear after a payment is processed through Worldpay. How do I solve this problem?
