I personally want to get updates when new submissions are made for one form in our account--right now they are going to the main email address associated with the account. I do not want to get emails for all form submissions, just submissions for one particular form. Can you let me know how to change those preferences?

Yes, you can open the required form, go to the Settings tab in the form, open the email settings and change the email recipient to your email address. This will send an email submission to your email address only for this form.
