Receiving 'Killed' message when I open the form.

We have a form in wide use (https://form.jotform.com/83444164398162) that's now returning a one line message: Killed. How can we return the form to active status?

I checked your form and it does not show a "killed" error message when I open it. I also cleared your form cache in an attempt to fix the issue.

Can you please check and see if the issue persists in your end?
