Hello team.
Basically, your forms are blocked in some countries, I don´t know why and I don´t know the reason, but you should check it out.
I´ve received the same problems from Mexico and Honduras. They just cannot access the form. Do they need to have some software installed or unblock some firewall?

I did check the form URL and I am able to access form without any problem.
We have not received any similar report from users in Mexico. Please ask your user to check if there is anti-virus or firewall which is blocking the form URL. Please ask them to temporarily disable anti-virus and firewall and then test the form again to see if that solves the issue.
We will wait for your response.

download a picture from jotform attachments.
It seems the problems only happen in Mexico. Are you servers blocked there?

from Mexico who cannot see my form. What is the problem then? Is the
Mexican internet provider blocking your forms from EU?
