How can I have a field be filled with other person or recipient?

y deseo agregar una sección de evaluación que va ser llenada después del envío y por otra persona distinta a la que llenó el formulario,

Cómo se puede hacer en este caso.

You can do it this way:

1. Add our Get Form Page URL widget in the form:

2. Set up conditional logic to only show the evaluation field when Get Form Page URL contains edit:

3. Create a new notification email in the form (https://www.jotform.com/help/25-Setting-Up-Email-Notifications).

4. In the notification email template, add the Edit Link. It is similar to the method here: 

https://www.jotform.com/help/40-How-to-Let-Users-Update-Their-Form-Submissions-at-a-Later-Date

So, when someone submits the form, the email is sent to the other recipient. That person will click the edit link. The Get form page URL widget will fetch the edit and that would meet the conditional logic.
