Username change

    Hello,


    The employee that created our Jotform account is no longer here and we wanted to update our username because it shows in the links and says hohkristenj. Our only concern with updating this at the moment is that all of our current links say this and I am wondering if someone clicks on the link to fill out the form after we change the name, if it will still go to the correct form??

    To clarify, you have used custom Form URL with your links?

    Unfortunately, those links will not work once the username has been changed. You would need to send your form user's a new link to your Form.
