I can't figure out how to use Ticket Templates in autoresponder

    I want to use your ticket templates (which I edited to fit my fundraiser) so they can be automatically sent to the form user upon submission/payment. But I don't understand how to add it in. I've looked at https://www.jotform.com/help/26-Setting-up-an-Autoresponder-Email but it doesn't show how to add the edited template into the email autoresponder. 

    I tried uploading the pdf, but when I did a practice purchase, it didn't change my name or the number of tickets purchased. I really love this feature but need to understand how to use it properly and your How To pages are not very clear or helpful.

    I have since changed the ticket template I want to use.
