Auto responder is not working in two of my forms

    I have not checked my other forms yet but will check them shortly. If there is a temporary issue please let me know so I can inform my clients.

    Yes, you are correct. The Autoresponse seems not to work for the mentioned Form. Could you please switch the noreply@formresponse.com to noreply@jotform.com as a sender email and see if it works for you.

    I have added another autoresponse email in your Form which seems to work now.

     I've pinpointed the issue. When I attach a file in the autoresponder it won't send the autoresponder. When I remove the file it works perfectly.

     

    What I did was changed each setting I needed to the autoresponder you created. After each setting, I tested the form. It is definitely the file attachment.

     

    It was working fine until about a week ago.

     

    I'll remove the file so you can test with a file and without a file.

    We are really sorry for the inconvenience this is causing you for one week.

    I tried attaching a dummy PDF and enabled the PDF option too in the new autoresponse created but could not replicate any issues with it.

    Are you experiencing this issue in all your Forms or this single Form?

    Could you please test the autoresponse now? May we have the file that you are attaching so that we can test with that?

    I tested the form with the 'dummy.pdf' you attached and it worked fine.

    I removed the 'dummy.pdf' and replaced it with a different pdf and the form didn't send autoresponder. So I replaced it again with your 'dummy.pdf' and it didn't work.

    It's odd how you can upload a pdf and it works but when I do it doesn't work.

    Maybe it's not uploading correctly on my end. I sent you the pdf as instructed to support@jotform.com with Title #1898049.

    I got it to work, I think the pdf was too large. I scaled it down and it's working now.

    I did a test submission and received the correct pdf in the mail. I hope it is working fine on your end as well.
