What happens if I go over my monthly submissions?

I am developing a form for a PTA for signup.  My understanding is that we could downgrade after the beginning of the year "rush" of submissions. Is this true?  And then upgrade when we expect a higher volume?

What happens if, for example, we are at the Bronze level, and someone tries to submit a payment and it happens to be the 101th payment for the month?  Will it be rejected automatically?  Or is there a way to auto-upgrade?

    Thanks!

Yes, you can purchase a monthly plan, so you can upgrade or downgrade depending on your needs. Please note that if you upgrade using PayPal, you must cancel the subscription at PayPal's site, otherwise, it will keep renewing.

If you reach the payments limit, the forms won't load, they won't be available to be used.

You will receive a notification when you are getting close to reach any of the account limits. You could either upgrade to a higher plan, or wait until the first day of the following month, which is when the counters reset regardless of your billing cycle.

Let us know if you have more questions, we will be glad to assist you.
