Why form is not submitting for clients?

    Hello,


    My clients are telling me my form is not submitting on www.middletownbaseballacademy.com. The form on JotForm is 2019 MBA Summer Camps.

    I test submitted the form and I was able to submit it, can you please try re-embedding the form using the iFrame method?

    No, the camp form, not private lessons, I included the registration link

    Unfortunately, we can't test submit the form because the items listed have a large amount. Can you please add 0.01$ item so we can test submit it real quick?

    Anyway, I test submitted your form and I received this message:

    Meaning, the form works fine and receives payments. Though, we need to make sure that it really works that's why I'm asking you to add $0.01 item.
