    when sending an email and goes through and doesn’t come back into my email saying couldn’t go through. Does this mean the account is still existing??

    I'm sorry but I do not understand your question. Did you see in the email logs that an email was sent successfully but you did not receive it? To which form is your issue related to? I checked your email address and I found the account lady1234fj which does not have any forms. To which form is your issue related to? Please provide us a form ID.

    If you are not receiving the emails from JotForm, please check your spam folder and if emails are there mark them as not spam. 

    If I did not understand your question correctly, please explain in more details what exactly is your issue.
