cordovacouncilAsked on July 21, 2019 at 2:35 AMI checked the form and the calculations (# ticket * 25) was and is correct. Looks like there was a bug (a 5) that should haven't been in the calculator that affected the totals over 1 ticket. I eliminated the issue by deleting that buggy calculation and adding a new one and now it works fine. I recorded the session to correct the error. CLICK HERE for a video of the error and of how I corrected it.For some reason the calculation worked for 1 ticket when I tested but was still off on the others because of the hidden 5. It doesn't make sense why it was affecting the calculation in the way that it was...Do you have any insight on why the 5 was showing up in the calculation?.

I have checked your video and it seems the form calculation widget was not getting the correct calculation.
The issue could have been a cache error with the widget or form. I have tried to replicate the issue with the cloned version of your form but it seems the calculation widget is working correctly at my end.
If the issue returns, you may try clearing your form cache by following this guide:https://www.jotform.com/help/229-How-to-Clear-Your-Form-Cache
Hope this information helps.
