How can I edit my PDF document?

    How do i configure on the PDF or in my inbox that i reciecve every time someone fills out my form, which fields i want should show and which not and can i rename the fields value so i understand on the PDF what it is?

    If you would like to customize your PDF document, please refer to this guide: How-to-Customize-PDF-Submissions-Report

    And yes, It will still show the value of the field even if you edit the questions text/labels.

    If i delete a field on the PDF will it delete also from the Form?

    Hi,

    i need help...

    i need to edit some info that should/shouldn't be visible on our agents end when they recieve a submitted form.

    Please help me

    No, deleting a PDF template will not delete your form. You can delete the PDF template and create new one to receive submissions with new PDF layout.

    As much as i tried, every time i deleted a field or text form the PDF editor it also got removed form the actual form.

    So does the warning before deleting state:

    'It will also be deleted form your web form'


    Please advise

    Apologies, I see now that you have a fillable PDF form there. I assume this is the one produced the warning. Fillable PDF is a PDF copy of your online form. It can be submitted using Adobe PDF viewer or Foxit PDF viewer and you will receive those submissions in your JotForm account. 

    From this thread I thought you need to create a PDF report to receive submissions in PDF format, is this correct? If yes, you need to create a PDF document in PDF editor. That one will allow to remove some fields keeping them in online form.

    The PDF document option is named as PDF document as well.
