Slow down You're moving too fast error message displayed after submitting the form

I just typed at least 3 full paragraphs and a screenshot, hit submit and your system said slow down you're moving too fast and I LOST EVERYTHING !

We are sorry that you have experienced an error with submitting the form. Generally, this error is displayed when you are trying to send multiple submissions. In order to avoid such issues, you may consider using enabling the 'Continue Forms Later' option in the form settings so that the field data shall be stored in the user's browser storage and it may be displayed when the form window is accidentally closed.
