Autosuspended account

    hello my account is auto-suspended ive reset my password 3 times.

    I see that the account is auto-suspended by our anti-phishing system which is strict to scan each form to calculate the probability of phishing activities.

    It is not allowed to create login forms or collect sensitive information like Credit card numbers, username, password, etc through JotForm. Such forms are considered as phishing forms and associated accounts are automatically suspended. Please refer to our Terms of use for more information on phishing. 

    We have now removed the username and password fields from the form in your account and activated the account. Please refrain from using such fields in your forms to avoid any further suspensions.
