Can you tell us the username of your account? I can't find any account associated to Help[at]miragemarketinggroup.com, while I'm only seeing a guest account associated to MirageMarketingGroup[at]RocketMail.com.

Sorry, just a bit confused. Now both email accounts are not associated with any jotform account anymore (not even a guest account). Now there's only jwellington[at]miragemarketinggroup.com with the username that you are using right now. You can now use that free account and replace the email address in the account settings at the lower right.
