How do we search through the forms for all the forms a specific customer filled out

Hello,
Unfortunately, searching all forms in the Inbox is not possible, rather every form can be searched within. However, you can use Combine Submissions app to merge your submissions from multiple forms into one CSV file. With this app, you can find every email address for every submission in one file. Please follow these steps;
Go to Combine Submissions app page; http://apps.jotform.com/app/combine_submissions
Click on Add to Form.
Select Start Combining and give allowance to Jotform from the pop up menu.
Select the forms you would like to search for and click on Select All from the right menu. This option will select all the fields in your submission.
After you click on Generate CSV file, the complete CSV will file will be downloading.
You can search through emails and see all the related form names with this method.
To make it more convenient, you can upload the CSV file into Google Sheets by selecting the File > Import option.
