I have checked the account BERGER_admin and there is no form in the account.
I have checked the accounts history for BERGER_admin and there was no form creation.
However, the account skyart has forms in it.
To clarify, is the account BERGER_admin your sub-account? May we know if you have shared forms with the account?
May we know if you're missing a submission with the account skyart ?

year so couldn't be with you since 2015. my other email is
johanna.berger@hotmail.com. However, I have put a link to my one Jotform on
my website and the emailed linked to that is admin@johanna-berger.com

Thank you for the clarification, I have checked the account associated with the email address johanna.berger@hotmail.com and it is johanna.berger with 1 form.
Can you please share to us the web page you have embedded your form so that we can check the Form URL?
