I am offering my subscribers the option of a weekly or bi-weekly subscription, with a free trial period. So the free trial period would be 7 days for weekly or 14 days for bi-weekly. However, the options given in the PayPal Standard payment integration wizard are: 1, 3, 5, 10, 15, 30, and 60 days in the trial period menu. You'll see in the screenshot below that I am using 5 and 15 days as the closest period to 7 and 14.
We need the option of 7 and 14 in the free trial selection menu to correspond to the weekly and bi-weekly option given in the payment schedule menu. it is confusing people and changing the appropriate payment schedule for them going forward because the first payment is incongruous with the initial payment day of the week.
The Authorize.net trial period integration with Jotform is actually the best that I have noticed because it simply gives the option to "enable" the trial period and it automatically corresponds that period of time to the payment schedule you selected from the previous step. Please refer to the comparison below.
