    Hi,

I applied through Indeed.com for an Assistant position and received an email from Susan Hartman to complete my application through JotForm.com. I tried logging into Jotform to view my submission but my email is not found. Could you check to see if this offer is from a legitimate employer?

The person’s email that sent me the link to your site is:

Thank you for reporting this to us. It seems to be a fake job offer. We had already suspended the account linked to suhartmn@outlook.com and disabled the form.

Is there any way you can see what information I submitted through that link? I can’t remember what the form asked me.

It's the same information that you have shown in the screenshot that you have attached in your previous response. The form submission contains just these details: Full Name, Current address, Email Address, Phone number and Start date.

    Sorry for the inconvenience.

The account user is already suspended. If the user is still contacting you, I suggest blocking/ignoring all email or messages coming from that user.

We can also remove your information here. Is that what you want?

Yes, if you could remove my info that’d be great.
    Thanks

I checked the submission info in their account and it seems that your details are not present in their account. They might be contacting you based on the email submission they have received when you submitted the form. I'm afraid we cannot control that part and you will need to block all emails from this email address from your end.

@Whitley Williams, please ignore any emails or checks coming from "suhartmn@outlook.com". That account has already been suspended.

This same Susan hartman emailed me and I gave her my info. Is there any way you can delete that and make sure that I have no repercussions
