How to Change the Page Title of the Form

Hi, we have cloned a form and when we receive the email response, the title is the orginal form not the new form? We cant find where this is to correct it?

You can change the title of the forms on the Settings tab. On the settings tab, you can manage the title of your form and add the title to your notification emails.
