Not receiving email notification after form submission

    anyone else not receiving their submissions? We have had this happen twice in the last two day.s

    I can see one of the email notifications was failed yesterday. I have reviewed the form email settings and there is nothing wrong with it. So, I suggest you change the sender email address from "noreply@jotform.com" to "noresponse@jotform.com".

    It can be changed in the Email notification settings as shown below :
