Hidden empty field is showing on my email and PDF

    The hide empty fields setting does not seem to be working.  When I fill out my form, the empty fields that are not required are not showing up in my email.  Also, when I attach the pdf the empty fields are not showing up either.

    Please help.

    Do you want to show the empty fields on your email alert and attached PDF?

    If yes, please try this:

    1. Email - Open the email settings and go to the advanced tab. After that, disable the Hide Empty Fields option.

    2. Attached PDF - Open the PDF Editor. Open the Layout Settings window and disable the Hide Empty Fields option.
